Before we talk solutions, we have to name the problem. This Brick looks honestly at how far our Republic has drifted from the Constitution, why elections and party politics haven’t fixed it, and what it really means when the supreme law of the land isn’t being enforced in our counties.

Here we introduce the Tactical Civics™ Plan from the top-down. You’ll hear why the Plan is built in deliberate Phases, why we refuse quick-fix shortcuts, and what makes this different from yet another “movement.” We talk through the logic behind each major step so you can see the whole road ahead.

Constitution Enforcement takes more than a handful of friends on a group text. This Brick explains why numbers matter at the county level, what “big” really means, and how ordinary families can help grow a local body of Members without turning the mission into a numbers game.

We cannot enforce what we do not understand. In this Brick we talk about the kind of education We The People need—biblical, historical, and civic—to lawfully hold our servants to account. We walk through the core resources and habits that turn passive “news consumers” into active, informed Statesmen.

Once we’ve grown and learned, it’s time to step into the public square. This Brick shows how We The People can lawfully “get heard” in our counties—through councils, hearings, and local action—and how that visibility connects directly to real Constitution Enforcement, not just venting.

What does success actually look like? In this Brick we paint a concrete picture of Constitution Enforcement in a county: public servants operating strictly within their oaths, unlawful policies rolled back, and We The People awake, organized, and watching. This is the target we’re aiming our Plan toward; and look, this is only Action #3!

Here we talk about what happens when local work begins to ripple outward. This Brick explains how We The People will now move via our state legislatures for ratification of Our First Right, guaranteeing small congressional districts and, in turn, true representation.

Remote, unaccountable government is a design flaw, not a feature. In this Brick we explore why Tactical Civics™ insists on bringing our servants “home” where We The People can see, hear, and correct them. We walk through what it will look like when our so-called representatives are actually living amongst us again.

No plan for enforcement is complete without lawful consequences. This Brick introduces the County Grand Jury’s new tool, the “indictment engine,” whereby all proposed legislation will be examined in advance of any discussion to determine constitutionality.

Saying “no” to corruption is only half the work; we also need righteous laws to replace bad ones. In this Brick we look at our mission’s 19 proposed reform laws and how, upon passage, they will rake back all that our criminal servants in Washington, D.C. have stolen over generations.
